The Strong Body Studio will be opening in January 2010. I will be teaching complimentary classes to introduce our old and new clients/friends to the new equipment, facility and partners, including reformers with towers, cutting edge plate technology equipment, new cardio machines, and new partners, including the best food person I have ever worked with, a former Navy SEAL for kick-butt power, and more.....
